About
👋 Hi, I’m Morgen! I design to improve people’s quality of life.
In my 9+ years as a UX & UI designer, I have delivered thoughtful, end-to-end experiences across complex and highly-regulated industries, at companies from startup to enterprise scale, and on design teams of varying maturity.
With an academic background in anthropology, my approach is grounded in observing behavior and asking questions to seek understanding and make sense of complexity. I’m a fast learner with a go-getter attitude, and the diverse needs, solutions, and teams I’ve worked with have taught me to be adaptable.
Outside of work, I’m usually spending time in nature with my partner and our dogs, making things out of clay (@morgen_makes on Instagram), or cooking up some soup to share with friends. I have a soft spot for animals and board/card games, and love trying new food!
